Job description
A Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at Axis Bank provides financial solutions to customers, processes transactions, and promotes the bank’s products. They also generate new leads and referrals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Customer service: Resolve customer issues, provide service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales: Generate new leads, identify sales prospects, and achieve sales targets
- Cross-selling: Promote and sell the bank’s products and services to existing and new customers
- Financial solutions: Provide financial advice and solutions to customers
- Transaction processing: Process customer transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times
- Reporting: Maintain status reports, including daily activity reports
- Compliance: Follow the bank’s internal guidelines and procedures
- Banking channels: Introduce customers to alternative banking channels like internet banking, mobile banking, and WhatsApp banking.
