Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets.
• Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
